ABOUT ME

I'm Ibtsam Bilal, a Senior Flutter Developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable, production-grade mobile apps for fintech, POS, payments, ride-hailing, food delivery, and real-time tracking platforms. My core expertise spans Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, Bloc/Cubit, REST API integration, and native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development. I've worked with clients and teams across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the USA, focused on clean architecture, smooth UX, and reliable App Store/Play Store delivery. Based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and available for remote Flutter development roles and freelance projects worldwide.
